Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First: To initiate a return, please email us at info@artfanshall.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide any necessary assistance upon request.

  3. Return Address: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the correct shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items on final sale

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@artfanshall.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, please return the original item (following the return process above). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The standard return conditions (original condition, packaging, proof of purchase) apply.
